Due to the Covid-19 crisis, we are unable to do in-home neighbor visits at this time. However, we understand that you may be facing a difficult situation and although we can't meet with you face to face in your home, we are still here for you and want to do everything we can to help.
Requests can only be submitted between 8 am on Sunday until 5 pm on Wednesday.
The request form will only be available online during this time.
Please be sure that you are trying to submit your request within that time frame.
One of our volunteers will call you within 48 hours after you submit your request.

Please note that eligibility is limited to those who have not received financial assistance from the Society of St. Vincent de Paul St. Mary/Christ the Teacher Conference in the last 365 days.

What happens after my form is submitted?
*Once you submit your assistance contact request, a volunteer will contact you by telephone within 48 hours to ask you a series of questions related to the assistance you need. Our volunteer will complete a form with this information while talking to you. You should allow about 5-10 minutes to talk to the volunteer. *The phone number you provide for us to call you back must be able to accept hidden numbers. *The volunteer will explain whether your request is eligible for further review and if not, will try to recommend to you what other community resources might be better able to assist you. *Our Society of St. Vincent de Paul conference will decide by the end of each week, which requests can be scheduled to receive a neighbor home visit the following week. These individuals are contacted directly by the neighbor visit team to arrange the exact date and time for their visit. What happens if I am not contacted for a neighbor home visit team to schedule a visit? * If you are deemed eligible but are not selected to receive a neighbor visit the following week, you will be notified by email or text message and given the option of whether you would like to remain on our wait list to be considered for a visit over the next 30 day period. We appreciate your patience, because we do get many requests, and we try our very best to respond to each one in a timely manner. Please know that you are in our thoughts and our prayers and that we are looking forward to visiting with you as soon as we are able to do so. |
