Once you submit your assistance contact request, a volunteer will contact you by telephone within 5 business days to ask you a series of initial questions related to your household and need. The number we call from will be listed as Private, Unknown, or Hidden so please pick up - it might be us! You should allow about 5-10 minutes to talk to the volunteer. The volunteer will explain whether your request is eligible for further review and will try to recommend to you any other community resources that might be available to assist you.
